We’re currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Casual Customer Service & Logistics Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional support to customers.

Conduct weekly outbound calls to all existing customers to identify any upcoming waste tyre collection needs.

Schedule tyre collections in an efficient and cost-effective manner using our logistics system.

Coordinate closely with the operations team and truck drivers to ensure timely and successful pickups.

Lodge and manage EPA Victoria Waste Tracker records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, collection schedules, and EPA lodgements.

Contribute to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and collection workflow efficiency.

About You:

Excellent communication skills with a confident phone manner.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics coordination is preferred.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with EPA Waste Tracker or willingness to learn.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling systems (experience with Zapier, Slack, or logistics software is a plus).
