About the role

Monarch Kitchens & Joinery are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team in Bell Park, VIC. As a full-time Cabinet Maker, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality custom cabinets, furniture and joinery for residential and commercial clients.

To be a successful candidate you will need:

Trade qualifications or previous experience working within a joinery factory

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Sound communication skills and be able to follow instructions and directions

Forklift license - preferred but not a necessity

Own a basic collection of tools

Well organised, demonstrate good work ethics

Experience with a CNC machine- preferred but not a necessity

To be team focused, while also being self-motivated

Willingness to learn to advance in your career

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making or a related trade

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a Cabinet Maker

Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery and power tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings

Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Enthusiasm for the latest trends and techniques in custom cabinetry design
