Total Drilling Services are seeking an experienced Shotfirer to work a 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth, or residential from Kalgoorlie, with our Drill & Blast team in the Goldfields region.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Extensive experience as a Shotfirer
Current West Australian Dangerous Goods Security Card
Current West Australian Shotfirer's Permit
Current driver's licence
Knowledge of explosives and blasting techniques
Ability to work unsupervised
High level of safety awareness
Strong communication skills
Applicants that have blast hole drilling experience are highly desirable.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment as part of the recruitment process, as well as provide a National Police Clearance.
