The Role

Toll People are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for casual and contract roles based in Truganina. These positions are located on a well-known retail site and involve working night shift hours.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have proven experience operating Crown High Reach Forklifts and are confident using the Clamp Attachment

The shifts are as follows:

• Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Friday to Tuesday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Training will be provided on afternoon shift prior to night shift commencement in September.

Pay rates are as follows:

• Night shift: $42.56 per hour
• Afternoon shift (training): $38.44 per hour
• Weekend penalty rates-
• First 2 hours: $48.05 per hour
• Thereafter: $61.78 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Forklift with a Clamp attachment
• Unloading trucks
• Staging stock
• Stacking stock
• Picking
• Putaways
• Customer Pick Ups (Picking the stock and taking to the customer)

Skills & Experience

• A minimum 12 months operating a High Reach Forklift (willing to train candidates with strong Counterbalance Forklift skills)
• Hold a valid LF licence
• LO licence highly regarded
• Experience using the Clamp attachment whilst operating a Forklift
• Be available for the shifts mentioned above
• Hold a current drivers licence with reliable transport
• Have a safety obsessed mindset and 'can do' attitude
