Evalyn Parsons - Weddings Stylist

Evalyn Parsons is a stylish, boutique salon based in a renovated beach house at Moffat Beach, Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Our team is passionate and excited about our industry and committed to keeping up with the latest styles and trends in hairdressing. We are a busy Wella hair salon with lots of gorgeous clients.

Our business also runs a mobile wedding hair styling service, predominantly covering the Sunshine Coast and SEQ. We have just been awarded ABIA's No. 1 Wedding Stylist in Australia for the 9th time.

We look after up to 300 weddings a year with our award-winning wedding team of stylists and assistants. We are a growing team that has seen another growth in our wedding business in the last few years, and are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist to join our passionate team.

The Role

This role is specifically for a hairdresser with styling and wedding experience and a passion for the wedding industry.

There is some opportunity to work in our Moffat Beach Salon as well if that fits. Any experience in hair extensions would also be an advantage especially for those looking for a bigger role with more hours.

You, The Stylist

You are an experienced hairdresser with great skills who is driven to always be improving and be the best in your field. You get excited about learning new techniques and training and love being part of a fun, enthusiastic, loyal and passionate team.
Some of the qualities that would be required for this role is motivation and a strong work ethic, very reliable and trustworthy, fun and creative personality, quick learner and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
By joining the Evalyn Parsons team you would bring your flavour to a strong and motivated team and would be focused on looking after our gorgeous brides and creating beautiful hair as well as some salon work with our existing clients.
