About the role:

You will be responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to various customers based in QLD/NSW. From mine sites, marina's, farms, depots and service stations. The loading of fuel ex Brisbane and Newcastle Fuel Terminals and ex Toowoomba & Tamworth depots as required to the surrounding areas.

This role is based in Queensland. One truck, one driver.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Loading, transportation and delivery of fuels to various customers in Queensland.
• Overnights will be required some shifts due to locations
• Pre-loading for deliveries
• Perform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment
• Manage fatigue and perform log book duties.
• Develop, grow and maintain good relationships with our customers.
• Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions

Skills and Experience

• Valid MC licence (Minimum requirement)
• Existing experience as a professional truck driver with fuel experience preferred
• Dangerous Goods Licence preferred
• SLP License preferred
• Current CHEVRON, AMPOL and BP inductions rated highly
• Excellent driving history (traffic history report to be provided prior to commencement)
• Good customer service skills and focus, good communication skills both verbal and written and good numeracy skills
• Immediate start

You will need to be safety focused and have a comprehensive understanding of COR and road transport legislation.
