About the Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Duty Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and lead by example in all areas of the venue.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire the team
• Maintain high presentation and service standards
• Ensure compliance with Liquor Licensing, Racing, Gaming, OH&S, and other regulations
• Manage rosters, wages, cash handling, and reconciliation
• Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth running of events and promotions

What You'll Bring

• Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of liquor and compliance requirements
• Experience in staff leadership
• Competent in cash handling and financial procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
