Music Junction is seeking a knowledgeable, personable, and instrument-loving sales team member to join us in a casual or part-time capacity. Whether you're a performer, teacher, or music student, this is a chance to be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the musical journeys of our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting customers with brass, woodwind, and/or string instrument enquiries

Offering tailored advice based on genuine musical experience

Supporting general sales, merchandising, and customer service duties

Contributing to a warm, welcoming store environment across both Blackburn and Camberwell locations

Who you are:

A confident communicator with hands-on experience in one or more orchestral instruments (brass, woodwind, or strings)

Passionate about helping musicians of all levels find the right gear

Reliable, friendly, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Retail experience is a bonus – but musical experience is a must

Available for a flexible roster, including weekends as required
