We are an established Snow Wholesaler & Hotel Head Office based in Bondi Junction. We are in the process of finishing the Australian and NZ snow season. We are also currently taking bookings and making arrangements for the upcoming Japanese Snow Season.

We organise snow packages / tours and have snow related properties spanning across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. The Oz Snow Group offers competitive snow packages to the most popular snow destinations.

We are looking for someone experienced who can quote, convert and manage wholesale Ski Package Bookings. Help manage reservations for our snow hotels and day to day administration duties. We can allocate the role according to the successful candidates skill set.

Our enquiry is a mixture of direct clients & travel agents via phone, email and online bookings. Excellent phone manner and email communication is imperative.

The role is a year-round position; however, the work load and what you are selling will vary as we move through the different seasons, ski seasons being our busiest times. The accommodation we own and the tours we operate, all rely on the organisation & administration from the Bondi Junction head office team.

We have a laid back office environment, we have a lot of fun both at work and at team events. Two days are rarely the same, and there are a amazing perks involved if you are a keen snow enthusiast. The role would suit someone who has ski/snowboard experience or has done snow seasons in the past and/or is comfortable making recommendations to our clients.

The successful applicant must be organised, have great time management, be able to deal with different & diverse challenges. They will also have experience in any of the following roles - Travel Agent/Consultant, Hotel Reservations, Administration and/or extensive snow travel experience with a strong eye for detail.
