Join Our Team – Experienced MC Operators Wanted!

Protech is currently seeking skilled MC Operators to join our dedicated team working across Vitrinite and Moorvale Mines.

Available Positions:

Road Train Operators – Must hold a valid Multi-Combination (MC) Licence

We’re looking for operators with proven experience and a strong commitment to safety and performance. If you're ready to take on rewarding contracts in a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you!

THE ROLES:

Transport Bulk Materials: Move mined materials (coal) between pits, processing plants, or stockpiles.

Operating heavy haulage vehicles double trailer road trains.

Driving off-road on haul roads.

Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to site-specific safety procedures, including during blasting or emergency situations.

Work Independently: Often operate solo over long distances, requiring good time management and self-discipline.

$58.00 hr – casual ongoing engagement, immediate starts!

12-hour shifts offered on various rosters (dayshift & nightshift)

ABOUT YOU:

MC Licence: Mandatory for operating multi-combination vehicles

MC RII: – highly regarded

Experience with AB Triples & Double Road Trains: especially in mining or grain transport industries.

Must have minimum 2 years' experience operating road trains

Health Assessment (CBM) (or willing to obtain)

Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)

Rights to Work (Birth Certificate or Current Passport)
