Join Our Dynamic Team at our Sienna Grange aged care facility located in Port Macquarie.

We're hiring 3 Permanent Part-Time Superstars to join our amazing crew! Shift availability:

1. Sat, Sun, Mon & Fri (1445 - 2245)
2. Mon & Thu (0700 - 1500)
3. Week 1: Sat to Wed (1445 - 2245)
   Week 2: Sun to Wed (1445 - 2245)

Happy to negotiate rostered days where possible.

Your New Role:

As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

With a higher staff-to-resident ratio and smaller household living, our Better Together® model delivers truly personalized care in a warm, home-like setting.

• Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
• Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About You

Does this sound like you?

• Availability to work Morning and/or Afternoon shifts across a seven-day roster
• Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or have completed your first placement as a Nursing student
• Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
• Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
