About the Role:

Doma Hotels has a strong focus on making a big impact on our guest experience. Our latest Restaurant will showcase local quality produce and 5-star customer service.

We are looking for a range of Chef positions to join our team and who will have the opportunity to work in a first-class dining venue and be trained by some of the very best Chefs.

To be successful you must possess the following attributes: A team player who is excited about being part of our pre-opening team for a brand-new restaurant venue

Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the Chef’s instructions and recipes

Ensure that ingredients are properly stored and handled to maintain freshness and safety and that all food and safety regulations and standards are adhered to

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards

Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and basic ordering

Delivering a consistently high level of product quality and presentation

What you will bring:

A willingness to learn and a keen interest in food

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Available to work both weekdays and weekends

Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrating appropriate level cooking techniques and procedures
