We are representing a leading global engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting firm with a highly regarded in-house design team. They are seeking a senior professional to lead and grow their Visual Impact Assessment (VIA) capability within their Sydney studio.

This is a unique opportunity to own a key service area, working on significant state-shaping infrastructure and development projects. You will be the go-to expert for VIA, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, urban designers, planners, and engineers.

Skills & Experience:

Essential: Demonstrated expertise in leading and conducting complex Visual Impact Assessments (VIAs).

Approximately 8+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Environmental Planning, or a related discipline.

Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.

Proven ability in high-level stakeholder engagement and client liaison.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.

A portfolio clearly demonstrating your experience and excellence in VIA projects.
