About the Role:
Join a high-performing Engagement Team to support NDIS participants from initial enquiry through to service commencement
Coordinate the onboarding journey with empathy, accuracy, and a strong customer service focus
Manage a high volume of enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and clear communication
Work cross-functionally with the Active Care Team to ensure a seamless participant handover
Build and nurture referral relationships with external stakeholders and support coordinators
Support administrative functions across service agreements, account updates, and data management
Contribute to marketing and business development efforts by identifying partnership opportunities
Monitor and maintain systems, data, and documentation using multiple platforms
Champion process improvements that enhance the participant experience and internal workflows

Requirements:
Experience in customer support (phone/email) in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
Willingness to learn about NDIS processes and disability sector context
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Empathetic and client-focused
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Desirable:
Previous experience in NDIS, health, or community services
Familiarity with systems such as Aircall, Freshdesk/Freshsales, Airtable, or DotDigital
Experience coordinating referral networks or marketing initiatives
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
