About the Role

Join our well-established workshop team in Airlie Beach and take on a role that offers:

Scheduled maintenance on a wide range of equipment.

Equipment diagnosis & repair.

On-site breakdown service and on-call opportunities.

Typical hours: 7 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday with on-call and Saturday work on a roster basis.

To Succeed with Us

We're looking for individuals with:

Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Mechanical trade qualification Cert III or equivalent.

A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience with industrial equipment and engines.

Commitment to safety.

Forklift license (advantageous).

Current driver's license.

Experience with compaction and earthmoving equipment (desirable).

Experience with EWP's & Forklifts (desirable).

Strong communication skills and team spirit.
