We’re looking for an inspiring Yoga Instructor to join our clinic and help shape the future of mental health care.

The Role

This is not your typical studio role — here, yoga is part of a therapeutic plan. You’ll be working with people who have been recommended yoga by their psychologist to support recovery, reduce stress, and build resilience.

You’ll:

Run up to five group yoga classes per week in our clinic space 🪷

Create one engaging social media post each week to inspire our community 🌟

Adapt classes for beginners and those with mental health challenges

Work closely with our psychologists to align yoga sessions with each person’s care plan

About You

You’re a compassionate, qualified yoga instructor who’s passionate about the connection between mental health and movement.

You have:

A recognised Yoga Teacher Qualification

First Aid & CPR certification

Experience with gentle, accessible yoga for all levels

A collaborative spirit and great communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in mental health, allied health, or trauma-informed practice

A knack for inspiring people through social media
