Are you an experienced Accounts/bookkeeper within the Real Estate industry or similar feeling undervalued and unappreciated?

THE OFFER:

THE ROLE:
- Assisting sales and rentals teams with all things accounts!!
- Record daily banking
- Assist Year -end financial reporting
- Payroll and compliance (MYOB)
- Preparing statements and generating reports
- PAYG (monthly) BAS (Quarterly) & FBT (Annually)
- Other ad hoc duties as required
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WILL NEED:
- Min 1 year in a similar role within real estate
- Proficient in MYOB
- A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Must have experience and enjoy a busy fast paced environment
- Exceptional organization and time management
- Professional Personal Presentation
