About the role

As a Process Worker at Unasco Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing operations of our company. This full-time position at our Girraween, NSW facility will involve performing a range of production and material handling tasks to support the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

Operating machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications

Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met

Performing material handling duties such as loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods

Maintaining a clean and organised work area to support a safe and productive work environment

Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Process Worker or in a similar manufacturing or logistics role

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
