Polyfoam is a leading manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) products, committed to quality, innovation, and teamwork. We are looking for a hands-on and versatile operator to join our production team.

About the Role
This role combines two key responsibilities:

EPS Tool Changes – Installing, removing, and maintaining moulding tools to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Block Cutting Operations – Operating and maintaining our block cutting equipment to produce high-quality EPS blocks to specification.

You will work closely with our production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment is prepared and operated safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform EPS tool changes and ensure correct setup for production runs

Operate block cutting machinery in accordance with production schedules

Inspect and maintain tools and cutting equipment for quality and safety

Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of production equipment

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Record production data and report any issues promptly

Skills & Experience

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (EPS experience an advantage)

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills

Ability to safely operate industrial machinery

Attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Forklift license (essential)
