As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you will play a crucial role in providing essential, high-quality nursing care. You will have the flexibility to pick up shifts conveniently through our user-friendly app, directly assisting facilities with covering staffing needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of resident's physical, psychological, and social needs.

Developing, implementing, and contributing to individualised care plans.

Safe and accurate management and administration of medications.

Providing a wide range of clinical care and performing necessary nursing procedures, such as wound and pain management.

Effectively leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

Maintaining clear and effective communication with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all assessments and interventions.

Responding promptly and appropriately to emergency situations.

Implementing strategies to promote resident's overall well-being and quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Current and unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

A minimum of six (6) months of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse within the aged care sector in Australia.

A current and valid Influenza vaccination (annual renewal required).

Evidence of at least three (2) COVID-19 vaccinations.

A valid and current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
