We're looking for a talented Videographer who can bring our vision to life through compelling visuals that captivate our audience and elevate our brand.

🎥 The Role

As our Full-Time Videographer, you’ll be behind the lens (and drone) creating eye-catching content across a variety of projects from cinematic property tours and dynamic social media content to promotional brand videos and agent highlights. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to help bring ideas to life and showcase the best of what we do.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing

Filming and editing high-quality content for listings, social media, agent profiles, and brand campaigns

Capturing professional drone footage and aerial videography

Collaborating with the marketing team on concepts, storyboards, and shoot planning

Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction

Managing production timelines and delivering content to deadline

Maintaining and organizing video equipment and digital assets

Staying ahead of industry trends and fresh video styles

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in videography, with a strong portfolio to show for it

Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Confident drone operator with experience in aerial videography

A sharp eye for lighting, composition, and detail

Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Must be open to travel - our Partners are located across QLD, NSW and VIC.
