Mini Me Early Learning Centre is searching for an experienced and passionate Centre Director and/or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our beautifully resourced, purpose-built centre in the Mount Druitt area.

What You’ll Do

As the Centre Director, you will:

Lead with impact – Provide strong educational leadership to guide your team in delivering engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Build a thriving culture – Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture that reflects our values and mission

Drive quality and compliance – Ensure the centre exceeds National Quality Standards, stays ahead of regulations, and consistently delivers outstanding outcomes for children

Connect with families and community – Create lasting, meaningful relationships that build trust, grow enrolments, and make families feel truly at home

Run your centre like a pro – Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, budgeting, resource planning and occupancy targets with support from our experienced management team

What We’re Looking For

You are a natural leader with a warm presence, strong vision, and unwavering commitment to quality early childhood education.

Approved Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification with current registration

2+ years of leadership experience in early childhood settings

Proven track record of managing a high-quality, compliant early learning service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire your team and engage families

Strong commercial and operational acumen—you know how to manage a budget and drive performance without compromising quality

A genuine passion for nurturing children, developing educators, and building community
