Key Accountabilities:

Position Specific Duties:

● Adhering and operating within our safety guidelines.

● Delivering products directly to our customer base.

● Maintaining and ensuring safe operation of a company vehicle.

● Provide exceptional customer service through order picking accuracy and product quality control.

● Operation of a laminating and insulation blanket machine.

● Assist in onsite deliveries, direct to our customer base.

● Assist in controlling costs through daily activities.

● Assist in the maintenance of inventory levels to satisfy customer requirements and market demand, including diligent checking and receipting of goods as required.

● Assist the stocktake process to ensure accurate inventory stock on hand.

● Take a proactive role in ensuring Chain of Responsibility (COR) legislation is adhered to.

● Administrative duties.

● Maintain all site operational equipment/ machinery/ plant and report any faults and or damages.

● Other reasonable duties as instructed by the leadership team.

As defined under the safety management guidelines.

● Ensure safety compliance and due diligence.

● Commitment to putting safety at the forefront of all your actions.

● Participate in maintaining the HSE monitoring plan as scheduled.

● Only use plant/ equipment that you have been deemed competent to use and have been fully trained and signed off on.

● Promote and be part of a proactive safety culture which encourages intervention to ensure everyone goes home safe.

● Assist in ensuring compliance of fellow team members, contractors and visitors are complying with safety policies.

● Maintain a safe and clean environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.

● Comply with any legislative requirements including but not limited to COR (Chain of Responsibility).

● Report all HSE incidents/ unsafe behaviours within the specified timeframe.

● Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.

● Be able to work within a team in a busy warehouse environment.

● Demonstrate a commitment to safety.

Must Have:

● Previous proven driver experience.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

● Good geographical knowledge of Melbourne CBD, and outlying suburbs.

● Willingness to learn and get involved.

● Valid HR driver license.
