About us:
Brightscope HR is currently seeking a Labourer to start ongoing work immediately at one of Australia's leading manufacturers and suppliers of civil products.

About the role:

Will be promoting to a Team Leader/Supervisor position

Day shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm

Duties include but not limited:

Working with large concrete moulds pouring multiple types of cements to manufacture specific concrete structures for civil/construction works

Will be working with/in custom pits to manufacture concrete structures using pre-made moulds in order to meet job order requirements.

Will have to work with rebar and steel fixings, inserting it into concrete structures prior to pouring for reinforcement.

Will be preparing and adjusting custom moulds using hand and power tools

Will also be responsible for removing finished products from moulds and cleaning used moulds in preparation for other products.

To be considered for this role:

Must have hand and power tool exp. & competency

Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kgs where required (cranes and forklifts onsite for additional lifting assistance)

Forklift Licence is essential

Must be comfortable working both inside and outside with exposure to the elements

Must have own car and valid driver’s licence.

Manufacturing / warehouse and/or construction experience preferred.

Previous Supervisory/Team Leader experience preferred
