This role will suit a passionate architect with both client and team leadership skills and a genuine appreciation of good design. Depth of experience in Sydney essential.

Key Responsibilities

Work as a project lead on key projects

Maintain high quality design standards

Contribute to documentation, QA processes and delivery

Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and clients

Foster and develop the skills of others to build a supportive and collaborative culture

Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages

Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables

Skills and Experience

Operating at a level similar to 8+ years’ industry experience, preferably local experience

Preferably registration as an Architect in Australia (or on the pathway to registration)

Strong awareness of Design Practitioner requirements

Experience gained across multiple sectors on high quality projects, including high rise commercial, mixed-use, and/or housing

Proven ability to work through all stages of projects

Strong design and technical skills across documentation and project delivery

Outstanding interpersonal leadership skills

Revit skills strongly preferred
