Job Connect is urgently seeking experienced Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators to join a well-established international brand in the Waste Management industry. Positions are available across landfill and transfer station sites in the Oxley and Ipswich areas.

You’ll be part of a team of skilled, safety-conscious operators—no green rookies compromising the worksite. These are ideal roles for operators who have mastered their machines and are ready to apply their skills in a waste management environment.

About the Role:
Operate a variety of machinery for compaction, loading, and general waste management duties
Work on landfill or transfer station sites with experienced crews
Handle more challenging material than standard spoil or fill — experience counts here!

What We’re Looking For:
To be considered, you must hold at least one year of experience on any of the below RII-certified machines:

Preferred RII Tickets (2–3 ideal):

• Excavator
• Loader
• Dozer

Highly Regarded:

• Scraper

Multiple tickets are strongly preferred so you can rotate between machines and contribute across various tasks.

What’s On Offer:

• $43.39/hr + Penalties+ OT
• 10–12 hour shifts + Saturday work available
• Day shift: 6:00am starts
