The Opportunity

As Programs Coordinator, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across all Impact North programs, including Business Builder, Community, and Mentor programs. Reporting to the Director of Impact & Innovation, you’ll enable smooth operational delivery while program owners focus on participant relationships and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating logistics for workshops, events, and meetings.

- Managing subcontractor relationships and program documentation.

- Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and alumni engagement.

- Maintaining CRM systems and internal databases.

- Facilitating communication between participants and program teams.

About You

You’re an organised, proactive professional with a passion for Indigenous business development and social impact.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in administrative or coordination roles across multiple projects.

- Strong event coordination and logistics management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

- Understanding of Indigenous communities and cultural awareness.

- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
