About the role

KX Pilates Liverpool is seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to our valued clients in Liverpool, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Lead engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes that challenge and motivate clients of all fitness levels

Provide personalised instruction and feedback to ensure clients execute exercises with proper form and technique

Maintain a safe and clean Pilates studio environment

Assist with client onboarding and orientation as needed

Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve the client experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a qualified Pilates Instructor, with a focus on Reformer Pilates (KX experience preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients.

Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and exercise modifications.

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive studio culture.

Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
