Experienced Reverse Circulation / Grade Control Field Supervisor Required

True Resources, on behalf of a leading Australian mining and drilling contractor, is seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to lead reverse circulation (RC) and grade control drilling operations across WA mine sites.

• FIFO from Perth | 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster

What is expected of you on the job:

• Supervise RC and grade control drilling teams to achieve production targets safely
• Liaise with clients on hole completion and sample delivery
• Ensure full safety compliance and accurate reporting
• Oversee rig maintenance programs and operational planning

To be successful, you must have and provide:

• Proven RC and grade control drilling experience
• 5+ years in a Field Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Cert IV in Drilling (mandatory)
• Strong safety focus and clean police record
• Manual C Class licence (no restrictions)
• Working at Heights & 4WD tickets (desirable)
• A National Police Clearance from within 3 months of application
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status
• Currently reside in Australia
