About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at Cass Brothers - Bathroom, Kitchen and Plumbing Supplies' in Petersham, NSW. The Full-time (Monday to Friday 8am-5pm) Warehouse Person is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. They ensure that inventory is managed in accordance with company procedures and that the warehouse operates safely, cleanly, and effectively.

What you'll be doing

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate stock levels and condition

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as required

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse

What we're looking for

At least 1 years' experience in a similar warehouse role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to safety and a collaborative team-oriented approach

Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
