About the role

Superheat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician (to work in Mechanical Services) to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. As a full-time role, you will be primarily responsible for the installation of electrical controls and power on construction sites.

What you'll be doing

Installation of both low and extra low voltage cabling

Installation of BMS systems and components

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in mechanical equipment and infrastructure

Reading plans, points lists and other documentation.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest industry standards

Liaising with clients and other tradespeople to coordinate projects

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification as an Electrician

Experience working as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting

Experience in working with HVAC systems

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and regulations

Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding abilities

Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
