The Steel and Glass Co have an excellent opportunity for a fulltime Carpenter to join our team. We work on the Gold Coast in commercial construction installing all types of materials i.e. – Stairs, balustrades, handrails, hoods, screens & fencing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Reading plans and drawings for layouts.

- Install timber, steel and other building materials.

- Competent using power tools and site equipment.

- Problem solving and managing jobs.

- Implement daily tasks and safety standards.

- Organise trades and materials.

Applicants for this position should:

Have relevant tertiary qualifications

At least 2 years relevant experience

Have a construction card (White Card)

Be proactive, self-motivated quick thinker

Remuneration

From $80,000 -90,000 + superannuation.
