About the role

As a Pool & Spa Technician at Pool and Spa Mart Bullcreek, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools and spas in the Bullcreek WA 6149 and surrounds area. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring our customers' pools and spas are kept in top-notch condition year-round.

What you'll be doing

Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and chemical treatment of swimming pools and spas

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with pool and spa equipment

Install new pool and spa equipment and systems

Provide exceptional customer service and advise clients on proper pool and spa care

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations

Working within the retail store when necessary

What we're looking for

Ideally prefer Minimum 2 years' experience as a pool and spa technician or in a similar role, we are happpy to train people wanting to get into the industry

For people who have experience strong working knowledge of pool and spa equipment, chemicals, and maintenance procedures

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients

Physically able to perform manual labour tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid Australian driver's licence (manual)
