About the Role
We are seeking an Order Processing Clerk to join our team! This position is a casual (25-35 hours a week) office-based opportunity conveniently located in Macquarie Park.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process orders from various online portals
Verify prices, documents and accuracy of data entry
Process customer payments
Update account status records
Provide excellent customer service by addressing emails and phone calls
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Knowledge or experience in a similar role
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in Australia
