About the role

Become a Casual Supervisor at FISH AT THE ROCKS', a premier seafood restaurant located in the vibrant Millers Point NSW 2000 area. This casual position will see you playing a key role in leading and supervising our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for all our guests,

20 Hours per week.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained by the waiting staff at all times

Assisting in the coordination of table reservations, seating arrangements and handling of customer inquiries

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal delivery

Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of front-of-house supplies

Open and Closing the venue with financials and reporting on designated Supervisor Shift

Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner

Adhering to all health, safety and compliance regulations within the restaurant

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Sound knowledge of food and beverage service

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, including evenings and weekends

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
