The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a reliable, confident HR Driver to join a tight knit team operating out of Morningside. This isn’t your typical high pressure driving gig. You’ll enjoy consistent day shift work (starting at 6am), a supportive environment, and a fleet of clean, well kept trucks.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy being on the road early, and like the idea of helping get essential goods where they’re needed. This could be your perfect role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🚚 Pick up produce and dry goods from major DC's (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi) and farms across SEQ
• 🔁 Complete deliveries back to the Morningside warehouse
• 🛻 Operate HR rigid trucks, with opportunity to drive tail gate vehicles and use electric pallet jacks
• 📋 Assist in the warehouse as needed, including manual handling tasks and stock management
• ⚖️ Follow COR and WHS protocols with care and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Valid HR Licence. Experience with tail gates and electric pallet jacks a bonus
• 📦 Strong focus on safe loading/unloading and basic load restraint
• 🕒 Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
• 💪 Physically capable, you’ll be part of the team, not just behind the wheel
• 👏 A good human positive attitude, team player, and respectful communication
