Open to full-time or part-time hours.
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality assessment and therapy services to infants, preschoolers, and school-aged children with communication and feeding challenges.
You’ll work with a varied paediatric caseload across multiple settings including clinics, homes, schools, childcare centres, and via telehealth.
There are also opportunities to support remote communities across the Midwest, such as Denham and Mt Magnet via face-to-face and Telehealth services.
Areas of Support Include:
Speech and Language Delays
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Developmental Delays
Social Communication Difficulties
Feeding and Swallowing Concerns
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, develop, and implement evidence-based interventions for children and young adults with developmental delays and disabilities
Create goal-oriented therapy plans with measurable outcomes
Monitor, evaluate, and report on client progress
Work in a culturally sensitive and inclusive manner
Collaborate with Allied Health Assistants and other team members
Participate in professional development and supervision
Enjoy manageable caseloads with dedicated planning and admin time

About You:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current SPA membership and professional indemnity insurance
WWCC and NDIS or Department of Education Screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and families
C Class Driving license
Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy (desirable but not essential)
