About the role

Promtel Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Handler/Storeperson to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. This full-time position will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facility. Hours of work are 7am-3pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, unloading (cartons/containers), and storing incoming inventory in an organised and efficient manner

Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time utilising cloud-based system

Operating various warehouse equipment such as pallet jack and electric high reach order picker

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment

Assisting with inventory management, including cycle counts, replenishment and management of batch and expiry stock

Assist with other duties such as kitting, labelling and repacks

Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing role (not essential as will be trained)

Physical capability to lift up to 20kg regularly and stand/walk for extended periods

Current forklift licence a benefit (or willingness to obtain)

Comfortable with technology as our warehouse system is cloud-based and utilises scanning equipment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Good communication skills both verbally and via email

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

A proactive and problem-solving attitude
