Adelaide Oral and Maxillofacial Centre is a unique specialist surgical practice based in the city fringe suburb of Goodwood.

Led by Dr Ramon Baba, it provides both core oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as full spectrum cosmetic and aesthetic surgical and medical services.

We are seeking an enrolled nurse to join the team and provide critical care and support to our patients.

About the Role

As an enrolled nurse at AOMC, you will fill a dynamic role in surgical assisting, scouting, recovery, and other clinical functions. Working in close collaboration with surgeons, anaesthetists, dentists, and dental assistants, your contribution will help ensure smooth and delightful experiences for our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, sterilising instruments, and chairside support

Monitoring and supporting patients in recovery

Educating patients about preoperative and postoperative care

Ensuring sterilisation and infection control protocols are strictly followed

Managing patient flow

Recording accurate medical information

About You

Key qualities and skills needed to succeed in the role include:

Proven experience as an enrolled nurse

Hours

Full time hours

Monday to Friday shifts according to roster

No night duty

Essential Requirements

AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse

Must currently possess right to work in Australia

Working With Children (WWC) Check

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and caring attitude.
