The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced family law lawyer to join our busy team in the Townsville CBD. We are happy to consider full and part time applicants as we appreciate that work is one part of each of our team members’ lives.

We are seeking a lawyer who is eager to take on responsibility and who will provide their clients with practical advice that is result-focused. All of our lawyers are supported by experienced support staff, who are prepared to work flexibly in accordance with the lawyers’ preferred system of operating.

We offer leadership opportunities for senior lawyers who are keen to innovate and expand.

Tasks for this role will be to provide advice to clients on all aspects of family law including:

Divorce and separation;

Children;

Property Settlements;

Binding Financial Agreements;

Appearing in court, either yourself or instructing Counsel.

Requirements for this role will include:

A minimum of 3 years PAE;

The ability to work independently to manage matters dealing with all aspects of family law.
