With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.

Your role:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
• Manage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes
• Looking after 4-5 projects ($20mil-$30mil all together)
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients

Your background:

• Must have 5+ years experience as a Project Engineer, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil
• Keen and eager to move into the industrial space and a take a step up into a Project Manager role
• Strong leadership, programming, and cost control skills
• Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
