The opportunity: Senior Stylist / Hairdresser

Hours: Full Time, however open to Part Time for the right applicant

Wage: $33 – $40 base wage per hour (negotiated on experience)

About the position and who we are looking for:

This opportunity calls for an experienced Senior Stylist with at least 2 years qualified, in-salon experience.

We provide a unique and highly professional service level with proper processes in place for managing the client experience from start to finish. We tap into the individuals wants and needs, listening carefully to what they communicate and creating a look around them as an individual.

As such, we are looking for a hairdresser that:

Is passionate about what they do, with a desire for continued growth.

Has outstanding communication skills – listening to, understanding and acknowledging the client’s needs.

An appreciation for structure, quality processes and wants to contribute to a team

A welcoming, friendly and professional disposition
