About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to join our Underwood office. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the key point of contact for coordinating fleet maintenance and supporting our customers nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and partners

Coordinate fleet maintenance bookings via our national supplier network

Perform high-volume, accurate data entry

Process invoices efficiently and on time

Manage email communications and record data accordingly

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

What You'll Need to Succeed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

A strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer service

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Great networking and communication abilities

A positive, can-do attitude with a drive for success

Mechanical knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
