Looking for a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic & Apprentice Role

Mornington Peninsula Services is locally owned and operated business established in 2021. They provide installation and servicing of refrigeration & air conditioning systems for commercial and residential properties. Mornington Peninsula Services have been providing high quality service to all customers and are now looking for someone to join their team!

They are offering a full time role and apprenticeship who is either qualified as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning mechanic or someone eager to learn about the industry. The work will involve installation and servicing of a wide range of air conditioning & refrigeration equipment in the residential and commercial spaces. Work vehicle/car allowance, work phone and uniform will be provided.

Who we are looking for:

Trade Qualified Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanic

No minimum experience needed

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Someone who is punctual

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Commitment to safety and quality of work

What you'll be doing:

Installing, testing and maintaining air conditioning / refrigeration systems

Troubleshooting and resolving issues and faults

Upgrading and modifying existing systems

Residential and Commercial maintenance

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
