Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and educational programs tailored to the needs and interests of children.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports positive interactions and relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and document children’s progress and development, and use this information to plan and adjust educational activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the center and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
