About the role

Befit Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Carlingford, NSW. As a key member of our growing practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services to support the health and wellbeing of our diverse client base. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of allied health professionals.

What you'll be doing

Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and other physiotherapy-related conditions

Develop and implement customised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals

Provide hands-on physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription and education

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
