About the role

The Royal Hotel in Orange, NSW is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Casual Bar Staff and Housekeeping members to join our team. In this varied and dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring our hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards. We welcome applicants interested in casual work in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments

Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organised bar area

Assisting with setting up and packing down the bar and dining areas

Performing general housekeeping duties, such as cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring public areas are presentable

Offering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in bar or housekeeping

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our hotel

Must be available to work late nights
