The Role

• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from early planning through to final handover.
• Manage budgets, programs, resourcing, and commercial risk to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably.
• Lead, mentor, and support your team of PMs, CAs, and Site Managers day-to-day.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across every stage of the project.

The Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus Australian permanent residency.
• 7+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with proven delivery of $20M+ projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and programs effectively.
• Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
