We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at JM Paving and Tiling PTY LTD in Brisbane, QLD. We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Structural Landscapers and other outdoor trades professionals, including Tilers, Stonemasons, and Concretors.

In this role, you will be involved in the construction and installation of a variety of landscaping features, such as pool renovations, paving, tiling, and stonework.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Working independently and collaboratively to install structural landscaping elements.

* Coordinating and supervising work to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

* Executing hard landscaping tasks, including tiling, paving, stonework, retaining walls, and decking.

* Performing pool renovations, which will require concreting experience.

* Undertaking soft landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and minor landscaping.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

* A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Structural Landscaper, Tiler, Paver, or in a similar role within the residential construction/landscaping industry.

* Strong leadership qualities.

* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Experience in landscaping and trades; screeding and paving experience is preferred but not essential.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* A proactive attitude, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

* A strong sense of pride in their work and a passion for working outdoors.

* While not essential, a work Ute, basic power, and hand tools are preferred.

We will also ask if you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) and a current manual driver's license (preferred but not essential). Additionally, you will be asked about your right to work in Australia and if you have a current Australian driver's license.
