Are you an experienced HR professional with payroll expertise, looking for a flexible part-time role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading organisation in the beauty and skincare industry.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager ANZ, you will manage the full spectrum of human resources responsibilities (approx. 80% of the role) while overseeing payroll administration (approx. 20%) in partnership with an outsourced provider.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing HR initiatives, programs, and processes

Partnering with leaders on talent management, succession planning, training and development

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

Coaching managers and employees on HR policies and processes

Ensuring HR compliance with relevant legislation

Overseeing resolution of employee relations issues

Providing accurate payroll data to the external provider and managing related compliance obligations

About You
You will have:

Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, EBAs, and NES

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality

The Offer

Part-time: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

Hybrid: Mondays work from home, other days based in Gladesville office

Salary: $133,000 FTE + superannuation
